Abstract Form

Abstract forms have to be prepared in English.

Abstracts must be limited to one page including charts, figures or photos (PDF) and maximum of 250 words (Arial: 10pt) not including Title (all letters capitalized), Authors, Institution, Organization, City and Country.

Importance; after your reception of an acceptance letter of the presentation, please complete the procedure on Registration menu.

Presenter guidelines

For Oral Presenter

  • Oral presentation can be made with Windows or Mac PC.
  • OS and application are as follows.
    Windows 7 / 10 / 11: PowerPoint, since version 2010.
    Mac: PowerPoint, since version 2011 Keynote 5/7.31/8.3
  • Oral presentation is to be made within 25 minutes including 5 minutes for questions and answers

For Oral Presenter Using Your Own PC

  • Please confirm that your PC has a suitable VGA or HDMI socket for external signal.
  • It is important to make sure the required voltage and frequency match the available power source.

File Management

  • To avoid display problems with your presentation, use only standard OS fonts, such as Times New Romans, Arial, Century, etc.
  • The size is not limited for your presentation file.

For Poster Presenter

  • The size of poster panel is 118.5 cm x 146 cm.
  • Author is requested to indicate the title of the presentation, name of the author(s) and affiliation(s).
  • Though the layout of the poster is left to the author’s discretion, he/she is requested to arrange the poster in the order of (1) Purpose (2) Methods (3) Results and (4) Conclusion.
  • Prepare all text in English, and all characters/charts should be large enough to be legible from a distance of 10 feet (3 m).
